Séjour de trois nuits dans cet endroit magnifique, au milieu des citronniers. Nous avons apprécié le calme de l'endroit, l'accueil, les prestations offertes et surtout la qualité des repas du soir qui nous ont fait découvrir la vraie cuisine sicilienne.

Le calme du lieu et la gentillesse de nos hotes nous ont comblé. Nous retournerons avec plaisir pour nous retrouver au milieu des citronniers. En outre, la position géographique du lieu est parfaite pour visiter la région. Quant au repas proposé, il est tout aussi bon que gargantuesque !! A refaire le plus tôt possible....

This is a unique property - an old manor house, fully restored, a producing vineyard and an excellent estate wine that is well worth the modest price. The property is nothing less than dramatic - indeed it looks like a movie set, and could have been, for that matter since, as one of the owners told me, during WWII it was commandeered as a German military hospital, and subsequently taken over by the Allies for the same purpose. What a haven of peace & tranqulity set in beautiful gardens with a very inviting pool - we had a lovely time just wished we`d stayed longer.Our hosts couldn`t do enough for us and even followed us out in the morning to make sure we got on the motorway ok - thankyou for a very relaxing stay.

The attention to detail was amazing. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. The country setting was lovely. The only problems we had were returning at the end of a days outing in the car as the GPS did not pick up all the small roads. A very detailed map is important to have. As well there are one way streets in the nearby towns so you don't always follow the same routes leaving the hotel and returning to it.

This place was so unique. We loved staying here. The staff of one young man was so helpful and pleasant. He really cared that you would have a wonderful experience there. It is just so Sicily. Alley ways and balconys and plaster buildings with a small courtyard piazza where breakfast is served. It was a unique experience and so much better than staying in a big hotel. Very spacious and tastefully decorated in the style of old Sicily.

Good breakfasts & although they had an evening meal on some days it appeared to be unexciting in un-romantic surroundings. They also told you about the trattoria in Donnafugata which was very good. -

Also it's possible to rent a scooter in place. It's a beautiful island and it's very nice to move around (bicycle for short distances and a scooter for longer).

Stunning sea view. Large & clean pool. Extensive breakfast with homemade cakes. Very nicely decorated place with great attention to detail. Extremely helpful staff who take genuine interest in their guests - all you have to do is ASK and Matteo (who speaks English well) will help you out. Owner offered us free lunch because our tour to Mt Etna had to be postponed from AM to PM due to car problems that he could not foresee.

We liked everything about Fardella Centrale. The rooms are spotlessly

Parking facility is a plus to travellers going by car. Situated right in
