Cet endroit est charmant, les chambres propres et agréables, le petit déjeuner est magnifique avec beaucoup de choix et les gâteaux maison de Stefania, un délice, voyage en Sicile garanti !!! La cuisine commune est très bien équipée et très appréciable pour boire un bon jus d'amandes frais en rentrant de vadrouille !

Love and care was all around in the hotel - you could feel the genuine effort that the owners put into satisfying all the clients. The rooms were simple, but very nicely designed and very clean. Stunning sea view. Large & clean pool. Extensive breakfast with homemade cakes. Very nicely decorated place with great attention to detail. Extremely helpful staff who take genuine interest in their guests - all you have to do is ASK and Matteo (who speaks English well) will help you out. Owner offered us free lunch because our tour to Mt Etna had to be postponed from AM to PM due to car problems that he could not foresee.

amenities. Parking is close, but it is in the blue spaces so you need to

My family and I loved every minute of our stay at the beautifully renovated La Gancia! We stayed with a 4 month old baby and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy! Personal attention and courtesy was given by all the staff: at reception, breakfast bar and evening drinks. Thank you Residence La Gancia, we will recommend you to all our friends.

Le calme, la tranquilité.
Romano et son épouse son très sympathiques. La proximité des gorges de l'Alcantara nous sommes d'ailleurs allés à pied. La proximité de Taormine.
Excellente adresse, nous y avons bien mangé (petit déjeuner et diner). Bref à recommander. -

The island had been closed for any boats because of weather, so the owner contacted us and proposed to change for the next day. However, it was in November - low season. The rooms with sea view are great (because of the sea view). There is also terrace with swings and chairs. Rooms are big, with small kitchen and old styled furniture. Very cosy. J

Excellent location few minutes walk from centre of Stromboli village, large spacious well equipped room with terrace overlooking sea and mountain behind. Staff able to book trek to crater for guests, breakfast served at nearby bar with good choice of items. Main reason for visit was the crater trek, but found that there is so much more to do on the island.

Loved the reception, both staff and room. When they gave us a ceramic bottle of water "old style, works by evaporation to keep the water cold", I knew we had landed somewhere "real". This was quite a find, and perhaps 2 kilometers from the ruins at Agrigento. The recommended restaurant, las pinetas, rounded out a perfect stay. -

The location, up a private road, was superb giving wonderful views of
the surrounding countryside and even a glimpse of the sea. The
restaurant was excellent as was the service. Tomasso, one of the
waiters, was excellent and also very funny! Breakfast was moderate - we
had better breakfasts at other hotels during our trip. -

Great dinner, reasonably priced, and breakfast; lovely walks. SOme of the facilities, such as gym were not available for some reason but we did not really mind.

L'équipe d'animation était super.

Great location at the edge of lovely town Nicolosi, and on the road to Mount Etna (15 minutes to the lift). The owner's couple were friendly and very helpful for our trip to the top of Etna. Tip: leave the hotel at 08:30, so you take the earliest lift to the top and enjoy the morning sun. Later in the day it gets cloudly.
There are three clean, modern and spacious rooms in the basement and four wooden cottages in the garden.
Nice pool with stunning view and a professional tennis court.

Perfectly situated next to the beach with views along the coast and the old town. 2 minute walk to cafes and restaurants. The staff were all welcoming and professional. Room spotless and comfortable. Even supplied insect repellent although no problem with mosquitoes in April. Breakfast included local fresh fruit. -
