  The hotel was in a super location, 50 metres from the town square and about 300m fro the beach. Very clean, incredibly helpful and charming hosts, simple, but with everything you needed. Santa Theresa was divine, the beach was amazing, water like swimming in a pool and white sand.   Loved this little hotel - it's a real gem in a lovely little town. Friendly,helpful, welcoming staff, large, spacious room and the most superb breakfast with fruit and home-baked delicacies.   Location was very central close to the main pedestrian street of Orosei. We stayed in a room 50m away from the main building in the same street but this was not much of an inconvenience with the added bonus of additional privacy and a huge combined jacuzzi/shower. Staff were very friendly although English was a bit limited. Overall an enjoyable stay. - Quirky, each room is different. They've just installed a new wifi, it's free and very fast. Secluded areas to sit outside the rooms. Great breakfast in lovely central courtyard, they even come round to refill your cappuccino. Night Market nearby. Every staff member was very welcoming, even at checkout when I thought I'd pre-paid they were very patient with me until I realized my error.

  Nice sea view from the room, I loved the staff which are all in their best age, people works with enthusiasm and try their best to speak English. Good location , no street noise, located off the road. - Free wifi and the breakfast was ok. Outside looks not so good but inside it is ok. Its just a five minute walk to the city.
