  The hotels décor, finish and controls in rooms are 5 Star we really liked it all. The staff made us feel very welcome and were extremely helpful.The hotel is just the right size -not too big. The room - The hotel is very well located, only a few steps from the Cathedral and Vitoria Emanuelle Gallery with tons of shopping and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of amenities and pillow choices. The hotel in general is new and modern and I would definitely go back.

  Beaufifully situated hotel. Very elegant and spacious rooms, directly on the lake. Very nice and professional crew.Magnificent views. Breakfast always fresh and big variety. Close to the towns Gardone and Salo. Rooms were always clean (2x a day being cleaned) Large swimming pool, spa area, jaccuzzi and outside pool are just great!   Everything! The staff was amazing! Even before we arrived, we had contact with staff asking if we needed any services upon arrival. After our arrival, they were helpful with making our stay more enjoyable! When we walked into our room, it was beautiful, comfortable, and smelled great! I know that sounds weird, but you felt like walking into a ... ce que les gens disent » spa! The hotel is green, which was so cool! The breakfast was the best we had had on our 10 day trip! We left wanting to return and to stay at Hote - I like it that the room was furnished stylishly and everything seems new and well-maintained. The propriataria, I think, was so nice and kind that she showed me to my room and didn't mind that I wanted to practice Italian and took time to let me and restated all that needed to pay attention to in English. The breakfast was such a heaven! Food was healthy (fresh fruits, juice, water, bread of all kinds and eggs and bacon) and there's live classical guitar play!

  The hotel was very nice. There were lots of facilities including cooker, crockery, cutlery, washing machine, dish washer, sitting area, dining area, sky tv. We only stayed the one night therefore too many facilities for a one night stay. Would have been better with a bigger bedroom for the short stayers. Definately a small quaint village. - Staff is very polite, excellent service, we had the car to the slopes and return, free of charge in 2 minutes after calling for this kind of service. Brilliant service, very good people around, breakfast is really good, double Italian espresso were always offered including the best strudel in the world. Rooms were cleaned 2 times a day, free mini bar. Just brilliant

  Excellente situation. Hotel entièrement restauré. - Everything was exceptional! They even went to the trouble to get a crib from another hotel for us and held our room all day to see if we wanted to stay another night. - good location
