through to the courtesy shuttle back to the ferry departure. While the
property is about 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre and the latter
stages are uphill, we enjoyed the location because of the other

The hotel was excellent and exceeded our expectations. the views from the balcony were beautiful, and the hotel is well decorated. the room was clean and comfortable (not large but big enough) and the bathroom well equiped, new and clean. the staff were very helpful. the location is perfect as it is a short walk to the bellagio centre and you can chose to walk through the majestic gardens just below the hotel to get to the bellagio centre instead of walking on the road. the breakfasts were a hi

Very nice building, originating 1680, which is well renovated whereby a lot of the original details remained in tact. (e.g. entry, wine cellar, etc.) The complex is situated in the town center meters away from the boulevard and shops in a very narrow street. It only holds 7 appartments which are all modern and spacious.
The walled garden with swimming pool provides a nice quiet area to sunbath and rest.
The management is very kind and attentive and help out with any request.

We loved our stay here. After an initial confusion on our Gps which sent us to a different Casazze about 2hrs further South we were quite exhausted on arrival and our hosts couldn't have been more welcoming.
The B&B is very spacious, clean and well appointed - one note, we couldn't find wine glasses, but other than that everything about the rooms were what we expected for the price. Very family friendly.
But the real pluses for us were the location and our hosts.

The apartment itself was suprisingly spacious and comfortable. Great location halfway between The Old City and the City Center in small quiet street and with charming patio.

Location was good, with access to several Metro stations and trams nearby. Only 5 minutes from "The Last Supper" and several other top 10 sights.
The apartment was very clean and new. Excellent cooking facilities. Apartment cleaned every day and towels changed on request. -

Nous avons passė deux nuits dans cet établissement fin octobre 2013 et avons vraiment apprécié : l'emplacement pour la voiture, le confort, la décoration, le calme de l'appartement, la douche à jet, l'accueil souriant, les vélos mis à disposition gratuitement, le lac à deux pas et même la piscine extérieure que les enfants ont testée. -

We arrived early into Como hoping we could leave our luggage at the office to explore the region, thankfully and graciously we were able to go straight into our apartment which was much larger than antisipated. We stayed in a beautiful apartment right between the Duomo and the fashion district. Beds were firm, a/c worked, everything was clean. We were concerned about the noise at first, because there was so much foot traffic below us, street musicians, etc., but it really calmed down after 11 pm. Would stay here again in a minute.
