The room was big and air conditioned. The own kitchen was great. So helpful, nice, polite and great staff on the hotel. Especially the young, bald man, who helped me several times, special thanks to him!!!

Nous avons passė deux nuits dans cet établissement fin octobre 2013 et avons vraiment apprécié : l'emplacement pour la voiture, le confort, la décoration, le calme de l'appartement, la douche à jet, l'accueil souriant, les vélos mis à disposition gratuitement, le lac à deux pas et même la piscine extérieure que les enfants ont testée. -

We arrived early into Como hoping we could leave our luggage at the office to explore the region, thankfully and graciously we were able to go straight into our apartment which was much larger than antisipated. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The house is beautiful and the rooms very comfortable. The breakfasts were very generous and nice and the dinner we ate there was superb - and very reasonable. To be highly recommended. -

Very good location, just 5 minutes walk along Via Piave to the south from metro station Porta Venezia, 50 metres from tram No.9 stop.
We were friendly met by owner/staff Winchenco, who gave us a useful city map and explained nice places around to visit.
We were satisfied with our room, which was large enough, with small fridge, TV, regulating central heating, air refresher.
Shared bathroom with shower was very clean and it was free every time we wanted to use it.

Beautiful spot to be and to relax. We were a group of five, had the apartment with the private balcony and fully enjoyed our time. Apartment has everything needed, was clean and spacious. Just an oven is missing but didn't bother us too much. Manerba itself is small and quiet but not far away by car from Salò and other beautiful towns. -
