  Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. As for the staff there, they can't do enough for you, are so friendly and were a delight to spend time with. We'll be back as often as - We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic views and nice little bars/restaurants.

  Michaele the owner was the loveliest host ever. His advice on where to eat, visit , ride and what to do in the area was amazing. He went out of his way to help and make you feel at home.   Our stay at this hotel was one of the highlights of a three week holiday in Italy.Management and staff were remarkably friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them.
