  The staff are very helpful and friendly. My room had a lovely view over Lake Como and the surrounding villages. As hotel rooms go, it is spacious and I had a lovely double bed. There is a bus stop a few metres away from the hotel, and you can buy tickets and get the timetable from the hotel bar. This is the second time I have been to this ho - The staff was really nice and helped us navigate the confusing bus and ferry schedules. Luckily, there is a bus stop not too far down the road from the hotel. The view of the lake from our room was pretty spectacular and breakfast was delicious.

  The room was simple but ticked all the boxes. The location has nice views over the lake and the mountains. The restaurant served excellent food and worth the high prices.   We liked the location of the Hotel and the wonderful scent of jasmine accompanied with birdsong all day; also we enjoyed the ringing of the bells that chimed the time from two local churches. We got a flat tire in our rented car. He changed it himself with his friend for us , without even charging for extra work. Very warm feelings for this hotel.
