  I have always found the Carlton to have all ready upon my arrival. My room was available and all was in order. The staff is always very helpful and informative. You cannot beat the location of the hotel to the great shops.

  The location was great, next to the walls of Sirmione castle. The town was very pretty with lots of little alleyways to explore with plently of restaurants and Italian ice cream shops. Take a stroll off the main streets and take the countryside pathways to explore and walk through the park. Our party consisted of 9 family members ranging from one year old to 75. The hotel was beautiful. And since we paid in full a month prior to our stay, the deal was phenomenal.
