  Very nice location. 15 minutes drive from motorway and you are in the middle of nature. Large own territory, comfortable appatments with all facilities included. AC is present in both rooms. If we will have the opportunity - we will definitely be back here again without any doubt.

  Fabio and his familyteam deserve a score of 11 on 10. We were treated as a king. The hotel has large rooms with terras and beautiful view on the hills of Castelnuovo di Porto. Breakfast and diners were excellent. The location is perfect to visit Rome and its neighbourhood. The beautiful surroundigs in Lazio deserve a visit too. - View from the room was spectacular - the entire old city of Castelnuovo di Porto was laid before us. During our stay we could see all the way to Rome in the distance. Staff was very positive and welcoming. Breakfast was very nice and the atmosphere in the dining room was inviting and warm.

  It was very convenient to get to the Vatican City while the Metro is close too. Our first impressions where rather low as the area the hotel is in has a rather dodgy feel. We think the place is actually a regular office place/flat and they have turned it into a one-floor hotel. However, the people running the place were extremely lovely and welcom... ce que les gens disent » ing. Made us feel right at home!! We went over the Easter weekend and was provided with some nice breads, cakes, Italian coffee and juices for the occ - Really pleased we chose to stay here for our 2 nights in Rome! It's a 2 minute walk from the metro station. Probably best to print a map before you come because there isnt a huge sign, its a ground floor appartment in a big residential building. Reception staff gave us a map of Rome, and hepled us plan where we wanted to go and where was best to eat etc. Great air con, wifi good. Nice shower.

  We are the couple that traveled with Celia and Mark, Lynne and Bob Miertschin. We really enjoyed every moment of our stay! We were near the museums, countryside and within a reasonable drive to Rome. We especially loved the restaurant on site for breakfast and dinners. We ate there and enjoyed the beach! It was beautiful. This family owned b - lovely 22 room hotel in residential area or Tarquinia. 10mins uphill walk to old walled town which was wonderful and a bus ride to the beach which wasn't that nice. The food in the hotel is superb and has an excellent chef. Hotel arranged a taxi from our ship in Civitecchia and again to take us to Rome Airport. Not anywhere to walk so would recommend a car as its a lovely region.
