  Excellent location, very nice owner, nice and tidy room with a terrace - perfect for breakfast. Breakfasts with fresh croissant, cornflakes, milk, tosts, jam and honey every morning, access to the fully-equipped kitchen all day long. Slight problems with warm water first night - but next day morning fixed by owner. I highly recommend to everybody... ce que les gens disent » ! - The facilities in the flat was more than enough. although the kitchen and the bathrooms are common, we did not have any problem. It has 3 room and 8 people capacity, and 2 bathrooms. so we did not have any problem in sharing bathrooms and kitchen. also breakfast was on time and delicious.

  A friend on mine and me spent one night at B&B Toma and it was a great pleasure for us. Mario was a perfect host, nice and friendly and he was assisting with precious information which made our stay in Rome much easier. The B&B is nice and sober, all the forniture is new and Mario together with his mum the keep it very clean. Having 2 rest... ce que les gens disent » rooms was really confortable as we never had to wait for using it. The location is also really good because the subway it's just 2 minutes away and in - The owner, Mario, is a friendly and helpful person. The location is perfect. 3 mins walking to metro. Supermarket is near the entrance. The toilets and our room were always clean. The breakfast is so-so but who cares this if there is a large supermarket on the first floor :) There is a coffee machine from Lavazzo and the result was delicious. Overall, for the price value and what you get, this place deserves 10 points.
