  Great location , rooms small but typical of many hotels as well as very well as nicely kept. Nice design classy, but conversations in foyer/courtyard , very audible through open window due to amplification of sound from the four walls surrounding the yard. Amazing and super friendly and efficient staff, great breakfast, a lot of character , and even though many rooms have a small number of steps - I booked The Relais Julia for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. The hotel went to great lengths to make my parents stay a special one. I was so delighted when I heard of the welcome they received. Thank you so much to the staff ! The hotel is in a great location close to The Vatican and to the Historico Centro and the beautiful Piazza Navona .The room was lovely and most importantly the bed was comfortable.   "At forty-one" is not a "classic" hotel but 6 luxurious apartments in the forth floor of a nice building just 100m from the metro and within walking distance from everything in Rome. Fantastic customer service; looked after from well before our arrival. Decoration is in accordance to what is published. Highly suggested..... - Can't recommend this place enough! Just a few minutes walking from both Repubblica metro station and Termini. The staff was very friendly and nice, room super-clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was nice but not great, it can be improved, although the freshly baked croissants and the roman-style focaccia were very yummy. In short, I loved my stay and next time in Rome I know where to go. ;-)

  Everything! The owners are fantastic and they took the time at our arrival to sit down with us and map out an amazing itinerary to maximize our time in Rome. They also recommended wonderful restaurants, and the 24 hour bakery next door was delicious and a great bonus. The room was exactly as pictured - very modern, clean, and comfortable. - Perfect location , near the Metro Station Ottaviano and at walking distance from Vatican Museum and Saint Peter Church. Room and bathroom are clean and of a good dimension. Breakfast is good and with different choices. Owners are very kind and full of information to visit Rome and location where to eat good quality food at cheap price. A 24 hours bakery is beside the structure and a good ice cream shop few meters away. A perfect location where to stay in Rome.

  This accommodation was so relaxing in the centre of Trastevere. There is nothing that we could fault. Francesco was away, but Rose , the worker was excellent. Nothing was a problem and she went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. The heat outside oppressive.....what a welcome relief to come inside to the efficient AC. Rooftop terrace with l - Francesco and his staff were very friendly, gracious and helpful. He was ready and waiting with a map of the city and the surrounding neighborhood. All of Francesco’s recommendations and tips for restaurants, landmarks and transportation were spot-on. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and charming. I would recommend the Trastevere Suites to anyone that wants to experience the local culture with easy accessibility to the rest Rome.
