Staff is really friendly, helped to us so much. Even gave map and a lot of times showed on it what we must see and how we can walk. Room is so good for this money, its big and all from natural wood. On floor 4 or 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms, it is so comfortable too. Location is so good: nearly railway station, 20 minutes walk to Coliseum.

Great place to stay before or after arrival at Fiumicino airport.
Laura met us at the airport (return price at 10 euro). Italian breakfast My husband left his coat in the arrival hall, Laura phoned for us to 'left luggage'. very kind, also she tried to do everything possible to give you a good stay at Il Focolare. I certainly would recommend this B&B. 5 Min. walk from the sea.

Check-in was quick. The guy at reception (Pepe) was friendly and very helpful.
The room was a little small, but it had everything we needed and had an amazing terrace with a sea view. We were brought breakfast to the terrace in the morning which was awesome.
The location is incredible - literally 20m from the beach across the road.

Well... we had the view- so there wasn't much more to focus on! It was so easy to find from the metro and the um huge site right outside the doors. This hotel is above a restaurant with the same name. We got a key to enter through the side whenever we wanted. We were on the third floor (they'd say second in Italy) with stairs, but it was no problem for us. The room was huge and I could have held a party in that bathroom. The shower was amazing. The a/c was one of the strongest in my experience.

Luana and Davide were wonderful hosts. They picked me up and returned to the airport. One trip is complimentary and a 2nd is half the price of a cab! The place is in a beautiful quiet garden. Lovely free breakfast with cappuccino and croissant and other goodies.

Lovely farm setting close to the main airport runways (Fiumicino). Perfect if you have a car. There is ample private parking. If you don't have a car it's a bit "in the middle of nowhere". On our arrival, staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. A dinner table was promptly booked for us as we arrived in the evening. Restaurant food was excellent

Our stay at AgriSesto was by far the highlight of our trip. Francesco, Gloria, Massi & the rest of the family provided amazing service and were really helpful during our stay... There was literally nothing they couldn't do for us!
Both myself and my partner strongly recommend staying here, the food is excellent and the accommodation itself was perfect.
Will definitely be visiting again next time we visit Rome.

It is located in an old building from the 18th century very authentic and very very nice. Located on top of a mountain at a beautiful area with a view of the entire plain up to the sea. Romantic castle style on a mountain location hotel. Certainly recommend it !! :-)
