  The place has street car parking and the facilities clean and comfortable. The room with balcony is very refreshing with quiet surrounds. Roberto is very hospitable and helpful.   The building is wonderful, a tasteful fully restored old mansion with a beautiful view of the sea The staff were very attentive and helpul and the receptionist who is a lovely person spoke good english. The breakfast was included. There was parking which nowadays can be a problem in Europe. The guy at reception (Pepe) was friendly and very helpful. The room was a little small, but it had everything we needed and had an amazing terrace with a sea view. We were brought breakfast to the terrace in the morning which was awesome. The location is incredible - literally 20m from the beach across the road.
