Nice design classy, but conversations in foyer/courtyard , very audible through open window due to amplification of sound from the four walls surrounding the yard. Amazing and super friendly and efficient staff, great breakfast, a lot of character , and even though many rooms have a small number of steps - I booked The Relais Julia for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. The hotel went to great lengths to make my parents stay a special one. I was so delighted when I heard of the welcome they received. Thank you so much to the staff ! The hotel is in a great location close to The Vatican and to the Historico Centro and the beautiful Piazza Navona .The room was lovely and most importantly the bed was comfortable.   "At forty-one" is not a "classic" hotel but 6 luxurious apartments in the forth floor of a nice building just 100m from the metro and within walking distance from everything in Rome. Fantastic customer service; looked after from well before our arrival. Decoration is in accordance to what is published. Highly suggested..... - Can't recommend this place enough! Just a few minutes walking from both Repubblica metro station and Termini. The staff was very friendly and nice, room super-clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was nice but not great, it can be improved, although the freshly baked croissants and the roman-style focaccia were very yummy. In short, I loved my stay and next time in Rome I know where to go. ;-)

  Everything! The owners are fantastic and they took the time at our arrival to sit down with us and map out an amazing itinerary to maximize our time in Rome. They also recommended wonderful restaurants, and the 24 hour bakery next door was delicious and a great bonus. The room was exactly as pictured - very modern, clean, and comfortable. - Perfect location , near the Metro Station Ottaviano and at walking distance from Vatican Museum and Saint Peter Church. Room and bathroom are clean and of a good dimension. Breakfast is good and with different choices. Owners are very kind and full of information to visit Rome and location where to eat good quality food at cheap price. A 24 hours bakery is beside the structure and a good ice cream shop few meters away. A perfect location where to stay in Rome.

  I like everything in this hotel. I have to say that It was the best of all the hotels I have visited before. It is not just a matter of comfort and location, it is also a matter of excellent and dedicated attention. The host makes you feel really comfortable. Location: uff! :) It takes less than 1 - Anna, our hostess, was fantastico! Her personal attention to our minor needs was excelling! Anna sang to my wife's piano accompaniment; Anna tutored me with my fledgling Italian conversation; Anna gave superb directions involving bus transportation. This hostess became our friend too.   What a gem! Located in an old Palazzo, in the middle of Rome's best shopping, a short walk to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. For a few dollars more that other hotels we looked at, we had a huge 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. Elise was a tremendous help in every way.   Le Terrazze is about 7 min walk from the train station Appiano, which you will arrive at coming from Fuimicino Airport. It is 15 min walk to the Vatican Museum and Cipro Metro station (which is a few stops away from Spagna) There is an ice cream as well as a pizza shop 3 min walk away where I visited a couple of times. I feel safe in the area walking alone and I would recommend it to solo t - Madam Anna is very friendly, generous, helpful and open hearted. Though my room was pretty small even for one bed it served me well with all I needed and it was always clean. The location is also very good if you don't mind to take a short walk to the city.

  It was a good location but difficult to find. We needed better directions since no one we asked and our gps were not helpful in finding the street address. The 2 staff members there were pleasant, very helpful and kind, Breakfast was amazing and they even set the dining room breakfast up early for us because we had to leave early for our flight. -... ce que les gens disent » The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The recommendations for sights and places to eat given to us by Marco were great; we wouldn’t have found many of what became our favourites without them. The location was in a quiet and beautiful part of town just a 15 minute walk from the city centre.
