  My wife and I travelled to this hotel for a night on our honeymoon. It was better than we could have imagined. The reason we chose this hotel was because of the brilliant reviews of the restaurant Taverna Del Capitano ( a michelin star restaurant) that is below the hotel. Alfonso's kitchen lives up to its Michelin-star'd reputation. He never fails to delight. An excellent choice for beach lovers. This amazing tavern does everything right to make one's stay memorable.   Antonietta and Giovanna were the perfect hosts from start to finish. Their staff including Nico, Diego and Paulo were always very polite, pleasant and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for Antonietta, Giovanna and their staff!! The hotel looks great and our room was clean and a good size with a patio area leading to the garden. All in all, Orsa Maggiore is a beautiful hotel with excellent owners and - Orsa Maggiore was a beautiful stop for us on our honeymoon. I would request a room Oceanside (beautiful sunsets). The rooms are clean and pretty, but here, you are paying for the views and a great design of a pool area! The staff are also all very nice and helpful! They made good dinner recommendations and always offered to shuttle you around the island (this is quite helpful if you know Capri) and the wifi connection is good. Also-the free breakfast is plentiful!

  Everything! Once we arrived to the resort we all agreed that we had arrived to a paradise.   We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Badia. Marisa and her staff were always accommodating and helpful. It was just a short walk to downtown. The view from our room was amazing and having dinner on the patio was enjoyable. A special thank you to Antonio who always sat us at the same table with a beautiful view of the sun going down. I think what we e - All the staffs and the boss are very kind and nice. We have a nice vue from our room balcon. The most important thing is the honesty of the staff and the hotel because my husband had forgotten the mobile in the room and the room cleaner had found it and gave to the reception. The reception had immediately telephoned us but unfornately we had already returned to Switzerland . They had checked all the shipping way to ship back the mobile phone. We really appreciate. and we highly recommend
