The place is perfect. The room cleanness, design and quality is a 5 stars quality. The breakfast is very delicious with coffee/cappuccino prepared by Vito and omelettes prepared by Carmela, fresh fruits from the garden, in addition to chess, ham, yogurt...etc. The hosting family (Carmela, Vito and Salvatore) will treat you as if you there own family. They will pick you up from where ever you are if you are late and cannot find a bus back; they bring you to where ever you want. They are the best

The Italian couple that owns the B&B are delightful and full of energy. Made us feel very welcomed since the first moment we step foot on the place -even gave us a welcome beer on the house when we first got there and sang me happy birthday at midnight as a surprise.

We enjoyed our stay at the 'New York of Naples' - it was a very smooth transatlantic crossing!!. Fabrizio and Aida were extremely friendly, enthusiastic and helpful hosts - our lack of Italian was no problem!. Lovely complimentary coffee/tea/juice etc as well as welcome beer 'alla spina' on arrival. Thank you also for the oranges which we enjoyed on the train!! The Palazzo Jannuzi Relais was a perfect location right in the center of Sorrento. Was one of the best small hotels we have ever stayed in. Our room overlooked Piazza Tasso and was spacious, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was amazing, lovely and fresh and a great choice - fresh fruits, pastries, cakes, sliced meats, cheeses, eggs, cappuccino and more....and was served on the sunny terrace or lovely sunroom area. This was an outstanding experience and everything in this B&B was wonderful. The hosts were very helpful and gracious upon our arrival in getting us oriented with Napoli. Our room was spotless, comfortable and appeared to be recently renovated. The port, castle, bus station and old town are all within walking distance. As a result, we would gladly stay there again when we return to the city.

The staff! They are beyond amazing. Viviana and her team goes out of her way to make our stay comfortable and make sure all our whims and wishes are met. We have the family room on the ground floor by the gardens and there's a jacuzzi right outside on our very own terrace area. Sorrento apartments was a joy to stay at, the staff were courteous and very friendly. we stayed in the 4 person apartment with the balcony. we were over in Sorrento for our wedding and a number of times we had around 20+ people in our apartment and they happily accommodated us. the balcony was able to hold 20+ people with sun beds, table, chairs and even a little pond provided! the apartment was clean and fresh and the kitchen fully kitted out for self sustained living. the bar below happily br
