We originally had planned on staying in downtown Bozen/Bolzano, but instead opted to stay at Hotel Wunder up on the mountain and am very happy that we made this decision.

Very nice and lovely hotel. The location and views are beautiful. The room was large and comfortable. Very clean. Friendly personal. Good breakfast. We also enjoyed the meals in the evening. The Ritten Card we got at arriving had a great value for us. We used it on the Ritten Horn cable car, twice went down to Bolzano and back by Bolzano-Soprabolzano cable car, took a bus in Bolzano and got a free admission to museums. We'll definitely recommend the hotel to our friends.

very nice owners, hospitality, great food, simple but very clean rooms with everything that's needed. We stopped there overnight on our way to Tuscany and also on our way back. If the hotel is on our way in the future we won't hesitate to stay there again :)
