  The service was excellent and personal. The staff called me to find out when I would arrive and arranged for me to get the keys at a time convenient for my schedule. The room was beautiful and the setting was too. It was perfectly located for my visit to Perugia. I felt that the price was terrific too.

  Everything! the location is fantastic, close to assisi, sibilini mountains and other significant places of interest. The villa itself is very cosy, we felt like visiting our relatives in the countryside! Moreover, although we ordered a studio of 20 sq.m., we got a free upgrade to a larger apartment, which was very nice! Staff was super friendly!
