This is an exceptional B&B being so modern with all amenities yet set in a rural location easy driving distance to both Orvietto and restaurants. We wished we had have stayed longer. The hosts take care of all needs with an interesting breakfast, the provision of a lovely tart treat and even some of their wine! Great WIFI service too. -

Everything you need. The attention for detail is just great. We hope to go back and spend more time. FREE private parking with a locked iron gate. We loved this place.

Our stay at La Rocca was great. It was a perfect place to relax and take in the beautiful Tuscan scenery. Our guest house was spacious, comfortable and clean. We loved the patio. This hotel is quite large with beautiful buildings and grounds. Parking
is ample, although it was a short walk uphill to our room from the car.
The on-site restaurant is well-decorated with professional and friendly
staff who speak excellent English. The dinner was decent, but the buffet-
style breakfast was excellent. Our room was adequate with what I assume
would have been a great view of the Umbrian landscape, except for it was
rainy and foggy the morning after we arrived. The room and entir

We loved our stay at Lapone near Orvieto! We had 2 apartments, one for family of 3 with a young child, one for the grandparents. Beautiful large property tucked away in a stunning location surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, home grown vegetables and herbs - with panoramic views of rolling hills.
The owners Catalina and Paulo, plus all their staff, were so friendly and created a really intimate and personal service.
The property was such an oasis and had such a laid back, relaxed feel. The evening meals were really great, and gave us a experience of deliscious, homemade italian food.
Really miss not still being there

I love, love this hotel. I had a room on the upper floor, under the
eaves, so to speak. It was gorgeous. The private bathroom was ultra
modern, clean and complete with a bath and a shower. The hotel is

The room we had was delightfully furnished in a simple but tasteful style, with lovely white fluffy towels. The room we had was charming with its beams and slanting roof and the lovely terrace to sit out on. The common room we had to share with others also had charm and was a good place to sit to use the internet. We appreciated the coffee machine - great to have good coffee in the morning.
