Cesare and his mother Rosa are wonderful hosts. Cesare returned late in
the evening to check us in after hours. Rosa makes a fantastic homemade
full Italian breakfast. It gets you through until the late afternoon.

The location was great. Cesare who checked us in was very helpful with info and needs. Only B&B in our trip of 5 of them who gave the personal attention of giving you a drink upon arrival, had a bowl of fruit to grab as you needed. Also had fresh fruit in your room, with cookies and a small coffeemaker and safe. It is decorated nicely contempary and we had the best shower! Cesare's MaMa does the breakfast that is outstanding. We loved this B&B! Was beautiful inside-with a big bed and nice bathroom. There was a nice little courtyard to sit at outside (we were on the bottom floor).
Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The place is simply marvellous. Modern, comfortable clean plus a completely autonomous patio to relax late at night.The location is really good, just 5 minutes to the beach and ten to the train station of Monterosso. Pam and Roby are great and most welcoming.

I loved this B&B. Wanda was such a wonderful host. The location of this B&B is in the old town on Monterosso - in the heart of all the beautiful old buildings and very close to the main beach. The train station is only 15 min away by walk and the hotel was very easy to find, thanks to Wanda's clear directions. I would highly recommend stay

La situation de l'hotel (vue et environnement) est excellente, l'accueilest exceptionnel - La Casa was quite easy to find, the pathway being opposite the undercover public car park, and the mule track was really not that bad, so long as you pace yourself. Staying at La Casa is well worth the climb. - The hostess, Maria was most helpful with information on the area and very hospitible offering us a home made limoncino when we enjoyed a dinner on the balcony one night. The hotel had under floor heating which was a complete luxury to us after coming from Tuscany where we had to pay for our air conditioning.

We stayed in the 4-person apartment, and the room was very nice and had modern decor. I particularly liked the furnishings, the bed was extremely comfortable (I'm fairly picky about beds) and was much bigger than European standards. The location of the hotel was perfect, in the old town of Monterosso blocks from the sea and within steps of good restaurants and shopping. The management amazingly met us in the middle of the night (1:00 when our train arrived) to walk us to our apartment--so grateful! Nicely decorated, comfortable, and spacious. Very nice host (Claudia), the room is large, nicely equipped and clean - but the biggest advantage is the great location directly in the old town of Monterosso. Nights are quiet and beds absolutely okay.
Our room (the purple room) was located on ground floor with a direct own entry door from the small street (no cars!). Great!

This bed and breakfast was in a quiet and picturesque location with
amazing ocean views and beautifully decorated rooms Our hosts, Fannie
and Sabrina were extremely friendly and accomodating and made delicious
breakfasts each morning and thoughtfully left fruit or snacks in our
room each day. They even prepared an early breakfast for us on our
departure date. We will definitely stay here should we have the
opportunity to visit Monterosso again.

The other reviews are correct in that there are a lot of steps up from
town, however, that would sum up all of Cinque Terre so if steps are not
your thing this is not the place to visit! The owners offer a shuttle
service to and from town for convenience if you are that tired, and they

From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome the rooms are spacious clean and well appointed . Staff are very friendly they supplied us with great information with what to do and recommended great restaurants . Breakfast was excellent .
