The rooms were large, well appointed and the verandah was special for a private breakfast or evening drink.   The location is fantabiolous!! Without a doubt everything is a walking distance. You'll never need to ride the metro except for the Vatican and maybe the Colessium. The rest is just around the corner. The toilets are very clean and although the towels look like table sheets and also feels like one, they do a great job.
