  Staff were very friendly, gave a huge level of detail on where everything was and gave clear directions, location was literally 5-10 minutes from Colosseum. Air conditioning made it comfortable in the height of summer. Wi-Fi was also of a decent speed and was included in the price. The breakfast included is a little light but is pleasant. Overall excellent value for m - The host, Luigi, was incredibly nice and was great at explaining all the touristic highlight Rome has to offer and how to avoid certain tourist traps. The area is close to the Central station and is about a 10-15 minutes walking distance from the Colosseum

Antonio was a very helpful and gracious host who recommended restaurants, gelato shops, directions to different tourist sites,etc, and marked everything on a map which he then gave to us. Deluxe continental breakfast was ample and tasty. We were very pleased wi - Very nice place, Antonio, who runs the B&B, made our stay at Rome much better. The room are good and always clean, breakfast is good and you feel “at home” in the B&B. It is located close to the train station and to the Metro. It is like a B&B with a concierge. I strongly recommend it.

  We had an excellent stay in this hostal.the room was nice and always clean.it is located less than 10min.from the coloseum and a nice pizza place called luzzi. - Laura gave us great tips when we arrive. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was also good.
