So we were upgraded to the Superior Ladies Room.   Le personnel très serviable, à notre écoute, l'hôtel est bien situé, à 5mn à pieds de la gare centrale, ce qui nous a beaucoup avantagé pour les déplacement en train. La chambre était très calme et tout fonctionnait normalement, nous étions au 3ème étage - L'accueil, le calme de la chambre et sa spacieusité.

It was in a great location- across the street from a metro station that you could get on for a 5 minute trip to the duomo, across the street from the train station and only 3 or 4 blocks from one of the longest shopping streets in Milan. I didnt have breakfast (I was staying for only one night), so I cannot comment on this part. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are two (at least) computers in the hall that you can use for free. The price was one of the cheapest I could find in Milan on a short notice (about 4 days before arriving), and it did really turn out to b
