  Everything was amazing, very clean place, very friendly, we got served a breakfast by a lovely lady she really took good care of us, the street is very nice, you can find anything you want, perfect for young generation because a university is located near the place so you can find young people gathering around every night, singing, playing music..... ce que les gens disent » etc the place is just 10 mins walking from the main train station Termini, and from there you can reach any place you want. all i can say, when i'm g - If you need to stay 1-2 days and then travel to the airport or by train from Roma Termini, it is a good place. Walking time from the station 20 minutes, but you better print a map how to get there from the station ( this place is outside of free maps which you can get in the tourist office). Our room was small (would be inconvinient to stay there long time), but clean and nicely designed. The person who met us was very friendly, offered us coffee/water/juice when arrived.

  Staff were very friendly, room's are clean and confortable. There are many places (market, bar's and restaurants) around and easy to use public transportation for discovering Rome. - Nice apartment with good facilities and location wise not that bad as it is only 1.4 km from the station.

  We enjoyed everything about our stay at San Lorenzo Rooms. The room itself was compact but extremely clean and comfortable with a TV and refrigerator in the room and an excellent air-conditioning system which was much needed in the intense heat we experienced whilst in Rome. His advice and directions were excellent, especially his recommendation to visit Villa d'Este on our final day. He showed us t - San Lorenzo Rooms was just what we were looking for. It was well priced, the owner was was friendly and accommodating, it was smart and clean and it was near the railway station (albeit the other side from Rome's main attractions). We would return.

  This b&b is one of the nicest place I have stayed in. The room was the nightswimming room which had a fab jacuzzi bath. The room was spotless and cleaned on a daily basis. The airconditioning was brillant and we hada frigde in thr room and an area with a table to eat our breakfast, the breakfast was left in the everyday which includes crossant... ce que les gens disent » s , bread, yougharts , freshly made cakes , ham cheese& breadsticks and crackers , rice cakes. Thre was a coffe machine in the room and a kettle a - The best thing about daysleeper is the service. Francesco the owner couldn't have been more friendly and provided us with an annotated map straight away so we could find our own way round easily. There is plenty of food provided for breakfast and for snacks later on in the day. A great place to stay if you are looking for clean, simple and friendly accommodation at a great price. The location is really handy being close enough to walk to the station and to the colosseum, or to nearby metro stat

  I recommend this place. It's quiet, near metro station. Host is nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and have separate bathroom. It's not a five star hotel but for turists it's prefect place for sleep and good starting point for Rome sightseeing.   Staff were very helpfull and english speaking.15-20 min walk to termini station or 5 min walk to vittorio emanuele metro.very close to supermarket and a gelateria.Average breakfast as anywhere else at rome,We get towels, hair dryer and liquid soap.when we arrived at the airport in the morning we received an sms asking estimated time of arrival.als... ce que les gens disent » o a refrigerator is avalable to the kichen to store your water etc. no 24h reception available - The localization is veery good ( for us at least ;P)- 5 minutes walking to metro Manzoni which is close to Termini, the central railway station. The staff was really kind and helpful, breakfasts tasty. There is a small kitchenette; we wanted to boil some water and make a tea cause it was cold and it wasn't a problem ;) so i think if you need to use some kitchen facilities you just need to ask.
