  Landed in Florence on a very wet morning and staff were very friendly and Most helpful. An upgrade to Apartment was very welcome and it was spacious and clean.fantastic being right in middle of Florence and close to station, with easy access to restaurants, shopping and all the sites. Toilet was clean and sizeable and decent bfast was provided. Not to mention the location was absolutely central. Would definitely recommend this residence to anyone who wants to stay in the heart of Florence. I really enjoyed my stay.
