  Excellent accommodation, close to the airport - ideal for catching an early morning flight. Very spacious, especially for the teenagers in the group who loved their mezzanine quarters.   The apartment I booked was not available but Laura emailed me about another one she had for the same price so my review is about the other apartment. When I got there is was extremly nice. The apartment was spotlessly clean and and closer to the city than the one I had booked. I could not recommend this place enough!!!(Tho its a different apartmen... ce que les gens disent » t to B&B L'Olimpo :) ) Plus if your talking to Laura, tell her she needs a holiday, 3 days away on a Vespa in 5 years is not enough!!!!!!!!! :) - It is a very lovely small hotelnot far from the center of Bergamo.   The apartment is in the centre of city in a quiet area and you can easily walk to get the furnicular to the beautiful old town. The apartment is very modern, spacious and beautiful. The owner Luca is extremely friendly and helpful and collected us from the railway station. He will also bring you to the airport for a small price.   We really enjoyed our stay in The World. I had booked what I thought was a room for 4, but it turned out to be a really well appointed apartment -great value for money. The location was really good - airport & train/bus stations are in close proximity, and also conveniently located from cable car station (for access to the Old Town). In additi... ce que les gens disent » on, the apartment was extremely clean, and staff did come by each day to clean and leave out more foodstuffs for the self service breakfast facilities - Centrally located directly in the shopping distric, 10 min walking from central station, 2 min to bus stop to airport and hospital. Really clean Self service breakfast: basic but with all needed Nice appartement - well furnished - perfect for a long stay (there was even a washing machine)Perfect italian style: no salty food for breakfast and no kettle for hot water! Remember to call the owner 20 minutes before to pick up the keys.It was a great experience.   Little appartment with everything you need, even a kitchen and in the centre of Bergamo. Also with a parking place for a small amount a day you can park your car where the locals do their own. Irene, the owner is a marvellous hostess and gives you all kind of practical information, in very good english. Great value and has everything you need ideal, if a littel old fashioned which is exactly what you would expect in a 17 century building. For a weekend break. I would be happy to return. The owner is really friendly and veryhelpful and speaks good English.
