  Hotel is near to the airport, walking distance 1km. The staff was very friendly and they speak good english, except cleaners. Rooms was average size, clean and aircondition was very good. I am gushing, but just coming off a fabulous Costa Cruise, I felt like we were still on the ship! The shuttle to the airport wa - Free parking which is great. Staff were helpful. Clean rooms with nice bathroom and huge double shower. Convenient to stay if you have an early/late flight to bergamo. Not as close to airport as some of the others but cheaper rate and free parking makes up for it if you have a hire car.

  Tout était parfait, particulièrement au niveau de l'accueil - It's a family-run business. They are very friendly and nice. The room and the toilet are very nice, spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. They also have a restaurant in the same building with fantastic food! I strongly recommend it, and if you have to catch a flight at milan-ber... ce que les gens disent » gamo they have a perfect location and a cheap bus to the airport which is cheaper than taxis! So they did have everything my sister and I were looking for. - Great place with super friendly staff and quite cheap compared to similar in that area. They have great restaurant in the same building. Also it's located close to the airport, I used regular taxi when I arrived but it was scam and they charged me 25eur because of large bike bag I had. Going back hotel staff provided me with transfer bus which was only 10eur for same route to aeroport.

  Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. As for the staff there, they can't do enough for you, are so friendly and were a delight to spend time with. We'll be back as often as - We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic views and nice little bars/restaurants.
