This was a lovely romantic haven in Venice. It was incredibly peaceful, very clean and stylish and the owners were very friendly without being intrusive. Everything was wonderful! Hossep, the manager, was the most helpful person ever, the appartment was perfect, spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. The location is fantastic, next to the most beautiful church in Venice and looking out onto the lagoon with views of Murano. And a hop and a skip from the vaporetto stop. Beautifully quiet but with facilities nearby and within easy walking distance of the tourist areas (if you are up for that sort of thing). Loved it, loved it!!

Perfect location in a very quiet and beautiful area of Venice. A lovely old building with views over the abbey gardens, and the courtyard. An easy walk to restaurants. About a half hour walk from St Marks. Very helpful host, and breakfast very good. -

It is a beautiful hotel tucked away on a quiet street back in the smaller canals. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. It is also near the main hospital of Venice, which was an unexpected blessing for us during our stay.

What a wonderful place! Behind the door was hidden a beautiful courtyard which led to a cery smart reception with incredibly friendly, helpful staff. the apartment was great - lovely decor, matble bathrooms. Kept worrying they were going to add a zero to our bill at check out but they didn't (out of season) - incredible value for money. And the location was perfect for the Biennale - took a boat straight there from the airport. Feels like a non- touristy area. Will definitely be returning.

C'est un hôtel tout neuf, donc hyper clean + le personnel est vraiment très accueillant et très disponible pour tout renseignement, conseil, etc... + la situation un peu excentrée est très appréciable : ça n'est pas trop loin de tout, mais ça permet de retrouver un peu de calme, de sortir de toute cette foule!! Bref, vraiment super contents!!!!!!!!
