  Staff, cleanliness, proximity to shopping streets and Piazzale Rome. Walking took some 20 mins odd with heavy luggage. Though in the interior streets the location is just very good for budget travellers. Especially this guy called Harry at the reception was too helpful. He picked us up from the streets when we were lost in venice at late midnight ... ce que les gens disent » and checked us in. Overall very good stay - Great location. Quiet yet so close to main area. Easy to get to with instructions initially. Can walk to Rialto, Station and San Marco. Lots of ristorante nearby. Our room was very comfortable & shared bathroom was clean with great water pressure! We could also leave our bags on last day after check out & come back for them. Really appreciated this

  Sa situation sur le toit de l'immeuble et la vue imprenable sur Venise - The apartment is like new. Lovely rooms and courtyard. Staff was very helpful and immediately responsive to our needs. They were very professional and kind. We all truly enjoyed our stay. Oasis was a wonderful place to come home to after a busy day. Great clean apartment, friendly staff, extremely comfortable and heaps of room wit great view of the lagoon. Would highly recommend this apartment!
