One of the finest luxury hotels in Rome. Architecture at the highest
level: a mixture between Renassaince and modernity. Very nice and height
rooms with a spectacular ceiling. The best part of the hotel was the
staff. I've never seen such a friendly staff. I have asked for a
cake, because it was my girlfriend's birthday and on a holiday, the

We stayed in the Presidential suite, so our frame for description starts
out pretty positive! First off, the location was perfect. From the
Piazza del Gesu you can walk everywhere on your tourist map. The only
time we cabbed was to go back and forth to the Vatican. The service was
excellent. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no
English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy.
The breakfast was enormous and catered to gluten free (as does everyone
in Rome)

Its location is in the heart of Rome which allows you to access most of
major events on foot. Piazza Navona, Campo Dei Fiori is just 5 min walk.
Even Vatican is only 15 min away. Thats a great advantage especially if
you go to Rome during hot summer time. You may come back to your room in

Brilliant location, could walk to bascillica in 10 mins, the Coleseum in 15 mins. Lots of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. Piazza Navona is also very near.
We didn't need to get a taxi during our stay, only back to the bus station on the day we were leaving.
It's all about location, location, location!!!!! Right in the centre of Rome you couldn't get much better. Fabiana is also a great help. Stay here definitely.

La proximité avec les attractions et monuments de Rome; Hotel très propre, petit dejeuner très bon, chambre de taille correcte. - Très bien situé : proche du centre historique, dans un quartier moins touristique et cependant animé.

wonderful days. The BnB is very clean and spacious, there is even a
computer in the common area with a printer and books to refer to which
we thought was very thoughtful and helpful.The BnB is on a quiet street
near the termini. It is easy to walk to the Colosseum and Forum area.

We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. The hotel is situated close to the Termini station, so there is no need to take a taxi.
