From the initial confirmation email asking us if they could help with transfer services, what kind of pillows we wanted, sound dock for iphone, etc. We asked for them to arrange a car to pick us from the airport at 6.00am Arriving at the hotel we were greeted like famiily friends, offered coffees as th... ce que les gens disent » ey completed the paperwork. To our surprise they offered to check us in early and also upgraded our room to a Junior suite.The service was at all time - The location could not have been better; 2 minutes from the Duomo and Galleria Victor Emanuel. The Metro and tram are literally just outside the door and the building is easy to find when returning from a busy day. The staff was most attentive and helpful and the room was very large and comfortable.. The lighting in the room was superb and counter/table space was plentiful, even in the bathroom.   The location was number 1, followed closely by a wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Every single person I met in the hotel was nice and they went out of their way to orient me in Milan. The rooms were modern and spotless. I have already reccomended La Madoninna to everyone that mentions possibly going to Milan. Fascilities include air-conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi free of charge, fridge, safe. The bed is very cozy, whippy and silent. Everything is clean (floor, towels etc).
