The reception has been already closed but manager came from home to organize check in.   We absolutely LOVED House Monti!! In fact, on an 8 month trip around the world this is one of my top rooms! Located right in the heart of Rome - literally 5min walk or less from the Colosseum and so close to everything else it was perfect - we walked everywhere! Though if you need the Metro is right there. The rooms were spotless - beaitifully decorated and such a comfy bed and was mad - It was really good standard. Great location with a nice square with a fountain around the corner and a view over colosseum. Nearby alot of sightseeing and a Metro station around the corner. 15 min walk to Termini. The staff was really serviceminded and helped us call about our luggage since we weren't able to recieve it when we were on a guided tour. High speed free internet. Comfortable beds and alot of space. We were in the suite so we also hade a fridge and a little pentry. Good cleaning eve

  When we arrived, we had the pleasant surprise to get an upgrade from a normal room to a studio (with kitchenette). The room is very comfortable and spacious enough.. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and nice (though we arrived at about 11am, our room was ready). The apartment is very big, clean and cozy, comes with a nice and equipped kitchen. Towers were changed everyday and beds were made. Hot water for shower was good and consistent. There was a notice not to touch the switch for the hot water in the bathroom. Just take note that the switch has to be constantly "ON". We stayed here for 7 days and managed to extend for another 2 days (I have a job assignment in Rome). Would love to sta

  We enjoyed our stay in this small and cosy hotel very much indeed. They kept our reservation even there was some kind of an issue with the credit card provided. The staff, especially Mimmo (I think) at the reception were just great, always smiling and always ready and willing to help.
