  The reason I chose this hotel was the fabulous location - when in Rome,I spend most of my time at the ancient monuments, and this place is right at the bottom of the via Cavour, literally a minute or two from the Roman and Imperial Fora. I had a deluxe room and it was lovely - faciltities were good, nice shower, tv, safe, fridge - all you would ne... ce que les gens disent » ed. Everything was clean and though the style of decor would, for some, probably be a little out of date, I thought it was quite charming. Note though - Once we arrived the staff was prompt and happy to greet us. Though we didn't speak Italian they spoke enough English to communicate perfectly. The stay was great, we decided we needed to stay a second night without booking it and they ensured me it wasn't a problem offering me the same rate. Ana Paola and Luigi were extremely polite and helpful. The location is right dead in the heart of Ancient Rome, absolutely amazing for the price. Tons of restaurants and bars close as well.

  This hotel is more like the size of a B&B, with 4 rooms and a lobby in the middle, as part of a larger building. The rooms are great. Very modern and large, with comfortable beds. This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the coliseum, as well as the colosseo metro stop.   Amazing place . Excellent location 3 min walk from the Coliseum and 5 minutes walk from the Metro . Staing at the b&b allows you to reach any point in Rome by foot without using public transportation at all. The place itself is very, very clean with ensuring every little detail of comfort. Large room has everything you need after a long day o... ce que les gens disent » f hiking in Rome, best advised to return after a long day of hiking and get in to a hot Jacuzzi tub to relaxed and start the next day filing like new - Very warm welcome, the young couple managing this B&B/appartment was friendly, helpfull and kind. we stayed for 3 nights in the "suite" with the water bed and the spa. the room is furnished with taste and every little detail is thought through. the bathroom is furnished with stone and wood which makes it relaxing and modern. We enjoyed, of course, the huge bubble bath with essential oils ( nothing better after a long day walking!). i definetly recommend the suite for the confort, localisati
