  This hotel is more like the size of a B&B, with 4 rooms and a lobby in the middle, as part of a larger building. The rooms are great. Very modern and large, with comfortable beds. This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the coliseum, as well as the colosseo metro stop.   We stayed in the one bedroom suites with one double bed and a bunk bed. We booked the room just before we took the night train from Venice to Rome so I was not possible to check email at night. When we arrived Rome at 6:45 amand walked about 15 minutes and found the hotel. The sign at the door says we need to phone for the check in. It was a small, boutique hotel that offered little extras to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable; for example they arranged a massage in the hotel, flowers in our room and catered for our gluten free diets. Eating breakfast on the terrace at any time that suited us, overlooking the city was a great start to every day and then in the evening we could relax in the roof top spa pool. Would definitely stay again.

Piazza Navona is also very near. We didn't need to get a taxi during our stay, only back to the bus station on the day we were leaving. It's all about location, location, location!!!!! Right in the centre of Rome you couldn't get much better. Fabiana is also a great help. Stay here definitely.

  It was my husband's and my first trip to Rome. The location to the Vatican n most of the famous sights in Rome was fantastic. It took us 10 mins to walk to meet our tour guide for the St Peter Bacilica and Sistine Chapel tour. We walked everywhere, as it was .very easy and convenient. Jun always smil - Great location - 10 min. walk from Vatican! Subway and other public transport is nearby. Good for car travellers - it's possible to find a parking place in front of the hotel. Great variety of breakfast (we were able to choose what we would like). Big and clean room! Nice view from the window. Gabi and all the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel!

  We liked the location being close to the Vatican, close to the bus, metro and taxi stations. The staff is very cordial, professional and helpful. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. The roof garden terrace is great for breakfast, aperitifs, with a view which is unique in Rome. We strangely recommend the hotel as world travelers. - I found the staff of the well positioned hotel to be its greatest asset, they went out of their way to ensure that everything I did in Rome was perfect. They were great in their recommendations and everyone I had dealings with were incredibly knowledgable on Rome. I highly recommend it and would stay there again next time in Rome.
