When my flight changed, Lorenzo was so kind to call the airline for me, and my issue was resolved. Their service was superb! Hair dryer is decent. Rooms are very secure and you feel at home in them. We didn't have the breakfast as we enjoyed exploring each morning. The men at the front desk were always polite and willing to help. Would definitely stay here again!

The accomodation was excellent with wonderful views over some of Rome's ancient temples. The breakfast was very good and staff helpful.
