Nice staff and very helpful, 24 hour reception (guarding the hotel), the room was clean, with small refrigerator and a safe with PIN to save your staffs. the toilet was ok with shower gel and clean towels.   Very close to the train and bus station. Extremely clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast brought to your room at the time requested and a good selection of food and drinks. It was quiet - hardly heard any noise from outside. There was a fridge in the room which was handy to have for cold drinks in the hot weather! T - Personnel was very nice and extremely helpful. Upon arrival we were shown on map all sights worth visiting and places to wine&dine other than touristic restaurants. Room was small but cosy. Bathroom clean and amenities were included. We had room with small balcony, we found that very romantic especially during breakfast as they are served to your room. Everything was perfect and we would recommend this hotel and would stay again for sure.

The location is conveniently located near the Termini Station, which makes for easy access to all the important sites inside the city, no matter if you chose to walk or to take a bus.
