  The hotel is just beautiful. It's a three hundred year old Palazzo that has been meticulously restored, with great attention to detail and luxury. Our room was quite outstanding - extremely " high tech" ( comment from our 21 year old who was very impressed!) combined with traditional, lavish furnishings - drapes, pelmets, wallpaper, furniture ; if... ce que les gens disent » you are into design and interior decorating, this is the place! We felt very welcomed and " at home" in beautiful surroundings. The staff were incred - This hotel was our favorite from all of our hotels this trip. The location was perfect for walking everywhere and easy access from the water taxi at Rialto bridge....just remember to turn at the Disney store and you'll always find it! We did eat in the restaurant one night and it was very good. Our waiter was excellent and I'm pretty sure he is the only Italian waiter to have smiled at us our whole trip (no joke!) We also had a couples massage one evening. Though I would not say it is a "spa"

  Accueil efficace directement a la sortie du vaporetto Equipement complet (jusqu'a une station iphone pour ecouter sa musique...) Nous avons ete surclasses car la chambre supérieure était libre, ce dont l'hotelier n'etait vraiment pas obligé d'autant qu'il se privait de la possibilité de le louer pour les jours a venir (nous sommes restés 3 nuits) ... ce que les gens disent » Conseils avisés sur la ville, et en francais Situation ideale Calme absolu Totalement recommandé - très bon accueil, appréciée d'être accueilli à la sortie du vaporetto.

  the location was brilliant. got on the grand canel and the water taxi stopped right at the hotel front door. staff and room was all very nice. breakfast was the best we had during our two weeks in Italy.
