Located about 100 meters from the Spanish Steps and a comfortable 2.5 km walk from both the Vatican and colleseum this hotel is quiet (good double glazed and sound proofed windows) and only comprises 5 rooms. Don't have breakfast in your room, venture dow - My husband & I recently stayed at Les Fleurs and were thoroughly impressed with the design, the large rooms and most importantly the service. It's a small 5 bedroom boutique so it was an intimate stay and the staff was more than accomodating. The rooms & bathrooms are extremely spacious and modern. The breakfast was great with a lot of options, and eggs made to order. Location could not have been more convenient! We arrived by train & it was a short two block walk to the hotel. Just

The best part of the hotel was the staff. I've never seen such a friendly staff. Thank you for this wonderful stay. Auf jeden Fall, einer der besten Hotels in ganz Rom. Ar - We stayed in the Presidential suite, so our frame for description starts out pretty positive! First off, the location was perfect. From the Piazza del Gesu you can walk everywhere on your tourist map. The only time we cabbed was to go back and forth to the Vatican. The service was excellent. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy. The breakfast was enormous and catered to gluten free (as does everyone in Rome)

  For the price we paid, to have air conditioning during summer and having our breafast served to our room was pleasantly surprising. We were also allowed to leave our luggage at the reception after checking out as our flight was late in the evening. - Close to transport and a supermarket.

It was a small, boutique hotel that offered little extras to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable; for example they arranged a massage in the hotel, flowers in our room and catered for our gluten free diets. Eating breakfast on the terrace at any time that suited us, overlooking the city was a great start to every day and then in the evening we could relax in the roof top spa pool. Would definitely stay again.
