  Everything. It is a small farm (23 km form Florence) and is a very good location if you want to explore the city and in the evening to come back to this calm, silent and green place.   We highly appreciated the service in the restaurant and the quality of meal. The location is quite near to one of the outlets - The Mall, and relatively easy to find. There is a free parking place, that is good in case you arrive in a car, as we did.

All facilities are brand new.

  Absolutely nothing. It was a horrible hotel and I would encourage everyone to avoid it. It was dirty. TV and air did not work. Tile in bathroom was cracked. The room smelled of urine. If it had not been so late I would have left. I almost left and slept in car. If I had to do over again. I would sleep in car before staying there.
