The staff were always pro-active and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. This holiday we've travelled through 7 countries and this has been the best place to stay by far.
Finally found the warm friendly Italian hospitality that we've heard about.
The pool was spectacular!!

Staff was exceptionally friendly...the house,the garden,the pool
everything was very clean and very well taken care off......close to the
city of Florence but with the peacefulness of the countryside ...close
to all the outlet shopping malls . The food in the hotel was excellent,
they also had great wines and the price for all of this very reasonable

We highly appreciated the service in the restaurant and the quality of meal. The location is quite near to one of the outlets - The Mall, and relatively easy to find. There is a free parking place, that is good in case you arrive in a car, as we did.

Appartement pour 2 agréable avec kitchenette/salle à manger, sdb et chambre séparées. Piscine très agréable avec belle vue. Localisation parfaite pour Florence (20-30min en voiture) mais un peu loin pour Sienne ou St Gimignano (plus d'une heure de route). -

A really nice place at half an hour drive of beautiful Florence. Very
nice and friendly owner Simone with his wife. They were ready to help
and provide us with nice tips. Two advises: Whenever you organize a
dinner for guests: inform them and charge them per person. Also the coffee-
possibility in the office-part: make sure the guests can use the

guests love (and are wiling to pay for) a nice coffee in the morning! -
The setting was absolutely wonderful .It is a working vineyard located
in the Tuscony area. For Americans you have to understand you are
renting an apartment this is not a B&B. The Staff is not always
available but when checking they will give you all the info you can
handle to get around. U will need a gps but the area is beautiful and We

Absolutely nothing. It was a horrible hotel and I would encourage everyone to avoid it. It was dirty. TV and air did not work. Tile in bathroom was cracked. The room smelled of urine. If it had not been so late I would have left. I almost left and slept in car. If I had to do over again. I would sleep in car before staying there. The switch us to a
