Apartments: clean, large. Suitable for large family or group of friends. Agriturismo ayant une douzaine de chambres vastes propres et confortables. le personnel est souriant la cuisine est maison avec des produits frais et locaux. très bon rapport qualité prix et excellentes prestations des agriturismo en général en Italie la convivialité en plus... ce que les gens disent » . - Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire. Personnel compétent. Etablissement très propre et agréable. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. La formule repas du soir est à conseiller. Repas audacieux ( comme un risotto fraise délicieux) servis à table. Ne pas hésiter à goûter les plats à base de poisson du lac... Infrastructure spa très agréable.

  The staff and Giuseppe were very friendly. The appartment was very clean, the kitchen was basic but we managed. The place was just so peaceful and when you arrive you can smell the beautiful flowers. Me and my wife will be returning soon.   It was our first time in Gravedona and the hotel location cannot be made any better – it sits just on the verge of the lake Como so that you can enjoy a breathtaking landscape from your room (do ask about the location of a room when booking, although even the rear-facing rooms offer a fine view on the Alps). If you have not arranged your own transportation to the hotel, drop an email to the hotel - It was a pleasure to stay at Tullio Hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, with a nice view on the pool and the lake. No smell, no noise, very comfortable bed, good shower and good breakfast. Basically no any single disappointment, but only positive surprises. You will not regret it!!!! After traveling around, we came to the conclusion that it was probably the best location for us, very quite with possibility to have a nice walk along the lake till the centre of Gravedona, from the neighbor
