  They were really friendly, we had a problem with arriving at midnight, but they sorted it out promptly, and as one of us was ill they allowed us late 15:00 check out free of charge even though I offered to pay.   The hotel is far from the slopes, they don't have a ski bus to take you to the slopes, they only agreed to take us since the hotel was empty and we were the only residents.   Large and very clean rooms with a lot of closet space, very good and plentiful breakfast, friendly staff, huge balconies with view to the mountains and natural area. - Very clean and well kept, good breakfast, nice personnel and wifi included (although quite weak). Good value for the money.
