  Nice room and furniture, we had sea view, large enough balcony, room cleaned every day, very friendly and helpful staff, consistent buffet breakfast (on the roof >> sea view :) ).   We were on our honeymoon and had booked a junior suite, but unfortunately there was a family in next room keeping noise, so we asked for another room, so got a free upgrade to suite on the roof of the house. Really liked that a lot, and Maurulio (??) was very helpful when we told about "the problem". The terrace on the roof was awesome. It's very classical in style and rich in art. There is a pool and spa area also. The breakfast is awesome with beautiful views of the water.   We stayed this hotel because Alitalia overbooked our flight and did not notify us about our flight to be changed to next day. It is in walking distance to the Catania airport and they provide free shuttle service to/from airport. The hotel is brand new, was opened just 4 months ago. We really appreciated this hotel. They served a packed breakfast ... ce que les gens disent » to our room in the evening because we were going to leave the hotel before the breakfast would be served. Bed was very confortable, bathroom is big an - I´ve booked this hotel because my mother was blocked because of a flight stop due to the vulcano eruption. All the staff was very gently and helpfull with my mother: the shuttle driver, the staff at reception and room service. The restaurant was delicious with very good prices and the waiters had a lot of attentions. At the end my mother stayed 2 nichts and the terrible experience with the flight was turned to a wonderfull experience to be repeted thanks to that hotel!
