  Great location! Very nice owners and the room was lovely and comfortable. It is on a quiet little pedestrian street with very cool graffiti. You wouldn't know it was a B&B but when you open the door it's this little haven. It is just off of a main road and park area with secure and cheap parking so very convenient if you have a car (still qu... ce que les gens disent » iet though). It was also very short walking distance to the best city center attractions, the Bastion St Remy, shopping, restaurants, marina area. T - Very good location if you want to sightsee the old town its, just few minutes from the main gate. If you have huge luggage you should know that it's some distance from the train/bus station and it's in fact on the hill. The owner was very helpful despite he don't speak english at all. Breakfast very nice (typically italian) in cafe located 2 minutes walk from bb.

  Really nice place in a great location, so close to all atraction of Cagliari, old town and train station. Room was clean and spacious. Personel was very helpful and kind, they gave us map with some indication and answered for all our questions. Breakfest was delicious and served in tipical italian bar, 20 meters from the hotel.   Very nice, large, recently renovated rooms with pleasant colours and decoration. Very quiet although in the city center and provided even 2 bottles of water per day! The land lady very friendly, even offered us late check out as she didn't need the rooms for the following day! - It had everything you needed.   I really liked this hotel. It is very central and nestled in a lovely little square. The hotel is clean and rooms are serviced everyday. The owner is very helpful and recommended lots of things to see and do that my guide book didn't mention. I would recommend this hotel - it was central, economical, and clean. There are quite a few restaurants in that area and just around the corner are several shops with authentic Sardinian crafts. The room was quite comfortable and Enrico was available and willing to make our stay that much better.
