Lovely staff. Especially the waiter guy who was always there. Decent breakfast. Really nice Neapolitan restaurant nearby. Also a nice wine bar close. The beach was clean and good for the children. Pool was quiet during our stay, mostly only us there. Easy and cheap to go to Rome. -

Owner was very nice and helpful. Hotel was located 800m from the train station and easy to walk to but it was rather hard on the pull along suite case as the pavement was rough and uneven. I broke off one wheel before and had to buy an expensive replacement suite case in Stockholm. The owner was kind to give us a ride on our way out. -

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even gave us a lift into Anzio and made us sandwiches for our journey home. The hotel has great views and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The personell gives good service, everyone in the reception speak english and are really helpfull in everything. We even got driven by the janitor to the train station!

Excellent hotel, very good location for a quiet vacation. A little bit far away from the city center, 40 minutes walk, but beach in front of the hotel is much better than in the center. Special thank to owners of the hotel - great family, lovely, friendly and always willing to help. The hotel room was very good, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious, it should be mentioned homemade pastries and good coffee. It is the best hotel in Anzio. I am highly recommend this hotel to travelers.

- L'hôtel est vraiment posé sur la plage c'est magnifique et la vue est époustouflante
- Le calme et la tranquilité car en dehors de la ville
- Il y a quelques restos et petits magasins à proximité quand même
- Nous l'avons trouvé très romantique mais y aller en famille c'est parfait aussi -

i would not recommend Anzio for pedestrian tourists,due to lack of public transport,but my stay in casa vacance elliante was superb. -
Couldn't fault the apartment. We were a family of 4 and the
apartment had a great wrap around balcony right over the beach. The kids
beds were separated from our bedroom by a door. Basic cooking facilities
- no oven but a hob and utensils. Being British we could have done with
a kettle but used a pan to boil water so that was fine.
The people were friendly and helpful even with the language barrier and we found the place clean.
Location elevated over the beach was good as all we could hear was

Our two day visit coincided with their first day of operation this year and the weather was lousy. But the place was so nicely appointed and the host so accomodating that we completely enjoyed our stay. Our host Rino put out a complete and delightful breakfast and then allowed us to use his large diniing table all day to assemble a picture puzzle.

B & B is situated outside Anzio, but there is both train and bus connexion to town. Nice beach vith fish restaurants. Fantastic sunsets. Clean and nice decorated rooms. Very nice garden. Very good and plentiful breakfast vith home baked very tastyful tarts. The owners very friendly and helpfull.
