  Absolutely the most romantic hotel we've stayed in! The rooms are so decadent! Service is impeccable! Breakfast in bed is such a nice touch! Juliets courtyard is closed to the public at 7.30pm and our hotel had exclusive use! It's extra special because my fiancé just proposed to me there!! :) - everything was perfect.   We were very lucky and were upgraded to a suite as on the second night of our stay there was a function in the restaurant. The hotel is beautiful and the service exceptional. Our suite was quiet & lovely, the bed was very comfortable and there was even a choice of pillows! We ate in the restaurant on our first night and the food was delicious ... ce que les gens disent » as was their own wine. Breakfast was very good too which had a wide choice of hot and cold food. We didn't use the spa but the outdoor pool looked lov - Visited as part of our honeymoon and although we didn't have a great start with the restaurant being closed on our first night, due to a wedding that was right outside our bedroom you cannot fault the hotels beauty. The location is wonderful and the pool is very relaxing with a great waiter service. Loved the free apple smoothie! Great spa although the jacuzzi was a little cold. Restaurant was excellent with a fantastic choice of wines.

  The staff were very helpful and provided a really good service. The location on the lake was excellent and within easy walking distance to the local town. The indoor pool and facilities ( sauna etc ) was excellent and the pool tempurature was very nice however all facilites close very early and open very late in the morning.Breakfast was good with... ce que les gens disent » plenty of choice and no major problems.   Excellent friendly staff and service was exceptional! - very nice staff. They do anything for you. Everybody speaks very good english and german. Very good location, close to the lake and walkingdistance to Bardolino (lungo lago, very nice!)
