  Owner was really helpful, able to speak fluently english. Advised restaurants, parking places in nearby towns. Town is quiet and good for relax but by car it is easy to visit lot of interesting places. - Clean, nice hoast. Good location for shopping in Palmanova.

  Very nice and helpful staff. Although our room had not prepared for our arrival we were offered solution was fast and right. I really appreciate it. The family room is two interconnecting rooms (it is great). - The hotel is right in the center with a great view, is very clean and comfortable.

  Really loved the rooms. The shared bathroom was never busy and didn't notice other guests. Amazing value for money and situated 10 minute walk from station and 2 minutes from town square. - Room was very spacious and well decorated. Location was ideal and easy to find. Staff very friendly.   Propre et calme - dining service excellent, wonderful food, very friendly and helpful - had a reduced price for 50€/night and person. Value for money was O.K. for this price. Breakfast was a very good buffet. It was versatile and a lot compared to other italian breakfasts (bacon & eggs included)

  Lovely family-owned place, friendly owners. Room was spacious and cosy, two clean and nicely arranged bathrooms, shared kitchen area also very nice and clean. We did not have breakfast so can't say anything about it. We will come anytime if in the area again. When you announce about arrivall time, take care at location indication. WE WILL COME BACK!!!!!!!!!
