Very nice owner.helpful and very friendly:). Nice small breakfast and the most important thing that you can cook on your own. Room is very clean and bathroom also. Good localisation, near old city.you can go by walk. Leonardo is really nice person. He will help you in any case. I recommend in every way:)

The owners, Lara and Lorenzo are extremely helpful and friendly. They offered us advice about what to see in Florence in one day. The breakfast is sufficient with bread, yoghurt, cereal. This hotel also is about a 15 minute walk from the centre and had the most unusual towels.

Laura is a very good hoster. The room is lovely and cute. There is a public kitchen you can cook by yourself. Laura prepares the breakfast which give your a good day in the morning, I love her breakfast and the diningroom is very cozy all the tableware are so cute makes you have good mood. It was really the cheapest available.
Since we were travelling by car, we needed parking, which meant we needed to stay out of downtown anyway. Bus connection to downtown is OK, but not that frequent on weekends. You can get a taxi for around 10 EUR, which is what we did twice.
Rooms in the B&B looked really nice. We were 3 and stayed at a small apartment close by, which was big and comfortable, except for the sofa bed

Great location, close to city center, great value for the money. The owner was very nice, open for resolving issues. The rooms are descent and comfortable, clean and warm. Good mood and ideal for a group of people traveling together. Great value for the money if you do not expect a hotel, just rooms in an apartment. Also can be good for families with more kids or multiple families.
