100% from the start to the finish. The start was at the arrival airport
when Glenda collected us (husband, wife and 7 year old daughter) to the
finish when Glenda returned us to the airport for departure.

We travelled as a group of four adults with one baby. The apartments at Porta Nuova were brilliant! The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated, with every attention to detail being made. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment that very large with gorgeous views from all the bedrooms. The host Glenda was especially helpful and went to a lot of trouble to accommodate our baby. Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite
overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked
the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo
and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The
location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic
views and nice little bars/restaurants.
